胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤的临床病理观察

Clinical pathological characteristics of pancreatic mucinous cystic neoplasm

目的探讨胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤的临床病理特征,提高对该肿瘤的认识。方法对5例胰腺黏液性囊腺瘤进行临床及组织学观察,并用免疫组化方法研究肿瘤ER、PR、PS2和CEA的表达。结果 5例组织学上有黏液和卵巢样间质,4例为良性,1例为交界性,随访无复发;柱状上皮表达CEA及PS2,间质表达ER、PR。结论胰腺黏液性囊性肿瘤是一种少见肿瘤,结合组织学特征及免疫表型,可以同其他肿瘤鉴别。

Objective To investigate clinical pathologic characteristics of pancreas mucinous cystic neoplasm(PMCN).Methods The clinical and patholgic data of five cases of PMCN were retrospectively reviewed,immunohistochemistry stain was conducted to study antigen expression of ER,PR,PS2 and CEA.Results Five cases of PMCN,of which four cases were benign and one case was border-line,had mucinous colume epithelial and ovarian-type stroma.Followed-up data had shown that all cases had no recurrence and metatasis.Columnar cell expressed CEA and PS2,and ovarian-type stroma ER and PR respectively.Conclusion Pancreas mucinous cystic neoplasm was very uncommen,histologic charactoristic and immunophenotype could be helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
