摘要
目的探讨后腹腔入路腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿的方法和疗效。方法 103例肾囊肿患者于全麻下行经后腹腔肾囊肿去顶术。结果 103例手术均成功。手术时间25～65 min;术中出血(15±1.5)ml;术后住院时间3～7天。103例随访3～24个月无复发。结论经后腹腔镜途径行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、疗效确切等优点,是治疗肾囊肿的理想方法。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effects of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation on renal cyst.Methods One hundred and three cases of renal cysts underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing and decompression.Results The successful rate of operation was 100%.The operation time was 25~65 min.The mean blood loss during the operation was(15±1.5)ml.The post-operative hospitalization time was 3~7 days.All 103 patients were followed up for 3～24 months,and no recurrence occurred.Conclusion The retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cysts has advantages of minimal surgical burden,less blood loss and rapid recovery.So it is the ideal choice for treatment of renal cysts.
