临床护理路径在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者健康教育中的应用及效果评价

The evaluation of the application of health education in clinical care pathway in patients with endoscopic sinus surgery

目的评价临床护理路径在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者健康教育中实施效果。方法将108例鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者分为试验组56例和对照组52例。对照组按照传统方法进行常规健康教育,试验组按照临床护理路径进行健康教育。比较两组健康教育效果达标率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果试验组健康教育效果达标率和患者的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论按照临床护理路径进行健康教育可提高健康教育质量,满足患者的健康需求。

Objective To evaluate the implementation of healthy education in clinical nursing pathway within patients with endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods 108 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into control group(52 cases) and experimental group(56 cases).The control group received routine healthy education while experimental group receive clinical pathway healthy education.Comparing the efficiency of healthy education and the satisfactory rate of care between these two groups.Results The efficiency of healthy education and the the satisfactory rate of care in experimental group were higher than that of contract one(P < 0.05).Conclusion Clinical care path in accordance with health education can improve the quality of health education and meet the health needs of patients.
