中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效观察

Efficacy of integrative medcine for chronic renal failure

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法 82例患者按就诊时间的先后顺序分成两组,对照组采用纯西医基础治疗,观察组在西医基础治疗的基础上加用中医配方辨证治疗。结果观察组总有效率为82.9%,对照组的总有效率为56.1%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效比单纯西医治疗好。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment for chronic renal failure.Methods 82 patients were divided into two groups.In control group,Western medicine treatment was given,In observation group,besides the WM treatment,differential treatment of TCM formula was added.Results In observation group,the total effective rate was 82.9% while in the control group,the total effective rate was 56.1%.There was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The effects of combined Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of chronic renal failure are better than simply using Western medicine.
