护士计算机技能需求情况调查分析

目的调查分析四川省二甲及以上医院的护士计算机需求现状和趋势。方法采用自制问卷对200名护士进行问卷调查,测评护士8类计算机技能需求。结果调查对象的工作年限、工作内容、学历、医院级别和计算机网络系统在护士工作站中的开发程度是影响护士计算机技能需求的重要因素。对以上影响因素进行分析,显示二甲以上医院的护士对计算机技能的需求高于二甲医院的护士(P<0.05);工作年限5～10年的护士对计算机技能需求高于工作年限<5年和>10年的护士(P<0.05);中专学历的护士较大专、本科及以上学历的护士对计算机技能需求高(P<0.05)。结论护士因各种因素的影响对计算机技能的需求程度不同,对护士计算机应用能力的培养需要结合这些重要影响因素有针对性地拟定培养计划,为护士计算机培训起到针对性的指导作用。

Objective To investigate the present situation and tendency of the demands for mastery the computers in nurses in hospitals of level 2 Grade A and above in Sichuan Province.Methods Self-made questionnaires were given to evaluate the 8 categories of demands for computer skills in 200 nurses Results The important factors associated with demands for computer skills were length of service,characteristics of service,educational courses,levels of hospitals and developing extent of computer network system in nurse’s station.Analysis showed that demands for mastery of computers in nurses from level 3 hospitals were more than in those from level 2 hospitals(P < 0.05);in regard to length of service,nurses with work expericence 5 to10 years were in highest demand of computer skills(P < 0.05);nurses with secondary education had higher demand for computer skills than those with college or above education(P < 0.05).Conclusion The computer skill demands of nurses are different.Consider these important factors,we should work out the training programs in accordance with the needs of the nurses.
