摘要
目的探讨两种不同中药保留灌肠方法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的疗效及护理方法。方法我院肾病科住院治疗CRF患者63例,其中31例采用常规治疗配合中药50 ml每日3次保留灌肠(治疗组),32例采用常规治疗配合中药150 ml每日1次保留灌肠(对照组),比较两组患者满意度、灌肠液保留时间、主要实验室指标、疗效及总有效率。结果治疗组患者满意度、灌肠液保留时间、主要实验室指标、疗效及总有效率等与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗配合中药50 ml每日3次保留灌肠是CRF有效的一种治疗方法。
Objective To observe the effect of two different way of repeating retention enema by using Traditional Chinese Medicine for delay the development process of chronic renal failure,and explore appropriate nursing care.Methods 63 cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups: 31 cases treating by regular treatment plus retention enema t.i.d.using 50ml Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction(as experiment group);32 cases treating by regular treatment plus retention enema q.d.using 150ml decoction(as control group).Results Calculated by software SPSS13.0.With respects to satisfaction,holding time of retention enema and decreasing of laboratory-test-data,there was significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Regular treatment plus retention enema t.i.d.using 50ml Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction is a better way of treatment for chronic renal failure.
