乳腺癌中EBP50、β-catenin的表达及意义研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌组织中EBP50和β-catenin蛋白的表达与临床病理指标的关系及其预后意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法,检测56例乳腺癌、30例癌旁正常乳腺组织石蜡切片中EBP50和β-catenin的表达与临床病理学指标之间的关系。结果 56例乳腺癌组织中EBP50和β-catenin的表达率分别为37.50%和39.29%,与正常乳腺组织相比有显著性差异。EBP50和β-catenin的表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关,而与患者年龄大小、原发肿瘤大小无关。在乳腺癌中EBP50与核表达β-catenin呈显著负相关。结论 EBP50和β-catenin的异常表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展及浸润转移有关,可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。
