在心脑血管疾病中,脑出血是非常凶险的疾病,病死率、致残率高,微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血问世以来,无疑对于提高高血压脑出血的治疗效果起了积极的推动作用。笔者参加第44期微创引流术推广培训以后开始开展应用微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血这项技术,至今已亲自操作应用微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血37例,现就基层医院开展应用微创引流术治疗高血压脑出血这项技术谈如下体会。
