动态血压监测氨氯地平合用依那普利治疗中度高血压病分析

Evalution the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets combined enalapril maleate tablets on the treatment of moderate essential hypertension by using ABPM technology

目的利用动态血压监测(ABPM)技术评价苯磺酸氨氯地平合用马来酸依那普利治疗中度原发性高血压(EH)的疗效。方法 52例中度EH者未服或停用其他降压药2w以上,给予氨氯地平5mgqd,依那普利10mgqd顿服6w所有患者治疗前后均进行ABPM。结果 52例经治疗6w后ABPM明显降低,总有效率90.38%。结论对中度EH氨氯地平合用依那普利能达到24h平稳降压。

Objective Evalution the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets combined enalapril maleate tablets on the treatment of moderate essential hypertension(EH) by using ABPM technology.Methods 52 patients with moderate essential hypertension,who didn't take medicine or withdrew other antihypertensive drugs for more than 2 weeks,were given amlodipine besylate tablets 5mg qd and enalapril maleate tablets 10mg qd for 6 weeks.All patients were monitored by ABPM.before and after treatment.Results Ambulatory blood pressure of all the 52 cases decreased after 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 90.38%.Conclusion The patients with moderate essential hypertension treated with combination of Amlodipine Besylate tablets with Enalapril Maleate tablets can achieve a smooth 24-hour blood pressure.
