海拔2200米以上10000例健康体检心电图结果分析

Analysis of 10,000 ECG from Routine Medical Checkups

目的分析海拔2200米以上干部职工健康体检者心电图的异常发生率,以早期发现、预防、诊断、治疗心血管疾病。方法采用瑞士希勒自动分析心电图仪,在体检者安静休息状态下作常规12导联描记,时间20 s左右。结果本组有10000例中正常8378例(83.8%),异常1622(16.2%)。异常心电图检出率随年龄增高而递增。结论心电图检测在正常体检中是不可缺少的项目,对早期发现、预防、诊断、治疗心血管疾病必不可缺少。

Objective To analyze the rate of abnormal ECG results among workers in areas with altitude 2200 meters and higher,in order to help improve early detection,diagnosis,treatment and even prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Methods Using Hiler Automatic Analyzing ECG Machine made in Switzerland that takes 12-lead tracing within 20 seconds in patients in recumbent and relaxed status. Results 12-lead ECGs of 10,000 subjects had been taken,out of which: 8378 cases were found to be normal(83.8%);1622 cases were found to be abnormal(16.2%).It appeared that the rate of abnormality increased with age. Conclusion ECG is indispensable in routine medical checkups and even more indispensable in the prevention,detection,diagnoses and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
