With the development of economy and society,the Communist Youth League in institutes of higher education is in face of new challenges,which means the guarantee of good accomplishment of the tasks of the Communist Youth League requires the innovations of the operating mechanism of this organization.Organization design refers to the integral design work that is done with the guidance of organization theory whose major content is the reasonable construction of the organization structure and the effective operation behaviors.Organization design theory can provide innovative operation mechanism of the Communist Youth League with basis supports,methodology and researching orientations.
