Dual psychology of Külpe is aim to reconcile Wilhelm Wundt’s content psychology with Franz Brentano’s act psychology,and it is also the first attempt to integrate the scientific orientation of natural and social in psychology.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the evolving track of Külpe’s dual psychology,tries to clarify the inheritable relationships and improved reasons between dual psychology and content psychology,thus probes into the theoretical causes of how dual psychology is near to act psychology.Finally,we want to rediscover the significance and implications of Külpe’s dual psychology by definituding with it’s main dedication and indication.
