毕业生就业是评价高职院校办学水平的一项重要指标,随着高等职业教育的深化改革,就业率只有量没有质的含义已凸显其局限性。因此,建立就业质量的定义和标准,在就业率基础上进一步提高就业质量成为各高职院校持续健康发展的重要课题。

The employment evaluation for graduates in higher vocational colleges can serve an important indicator in appraising a school.With the further reform of higher vocational education,the problems occur such as employment with quality.Therefore it is a must to define quality employment and standard to realize colleges sustainable development.
