摘要
选择梁单元建立半挂汽车车架有限元模型,计算了车架的模态参数,分析结果表明,该型车架的各阶模态振型以扭转和弯曲为主,低阶模态频率处于路面激励频率范围内,主纵梁鹅颈部位产生较大的交变应力,易产生疲劳和断裂。通过局部刚度加强处理,可大大提高车架的抗扭刚度。利用子模型法建立了鹅颈部位横梁和纵梁连接处的子模型,得到危险部位的应力分布,为车架的结构设计和改进提供了理论依据。
The semi-trailer frame finite element models are built with beam,and the modal parameters of the frame are calculated.The modal analysis shows that the mode vibration of the frame is based on torsional and bending mode;the lower modal frequency is within the scope of the road excitation frequency;the gooseneck of main longitudinal beam has a greater alternating stress,frame is easy to produce fatigue and crack.The frame's torsional rigidity can be greatly improved by enhancement of the local stiffness.The submodel are built in junction between beam and longitudinal beam,and the stress distribution is confirmed in dangerous position,and which can provide basis for the design and reconstruction of the frame.
