摘要
针对常规设计方法容易陷入局部优化解的问题,以拖拉机最终传动齿轮参数优化设计为例介绍了基于1stopt的全局优化法在机械混合离散变量优化设计中的应用。结果表明,该方法求解速度快,收敛效率高,使用方便,是处理复杂非线性混合变量优化问题的有效手段。
In view of the problem that conventional design method is easy to fall into partial optimization,a global optimization method based on 1stopt is introduced to solve the mix disperse optimization problems in mechanical engineering and applied to tractor's final transmission optimization design.The result indicates that this method is of better convergence and higher calculation efficiency.It is an effective medium to complex nonlinear optimization problems with continuous variables or integer optimization variables in engineering.
