摘要 在某小缸径柴油机原理样机设计阶段,部件装配试验出现了预紧状态下缸套变形过大现象。为达到设计指标要求,通过有限元分析计算,分别考察了螺栓预紧力大小、螺栓布置位置、缸套壁厚、机体支撑部位刚度对缸套变形的影响,并进行改进设计。分析计算和试验结果均表明,改进后设计方案满足了设计要求。 At the stage of principle sample for a small-bore diesel engine,cylinder liner deformed largely under pre-load condition at the state of assembly.To fulfill the demand of design,some factors such as pre-load of bolts,location of bolts,thickness of cylinder linear and rigidity of cylinder block were investigated.According to the importance of factors above,the original design was improved.The validity of new design was proved by finite element analysis and assembly measurement.
