摘要
目前纯电动客车的研发是在满足整车动力性指标前提下,在传统客车底盘上完成动力系统结构方案设计和参数匹配。由于纯电动客车动力电池质量较大,这给整车总布置带来很多困难,往往会出现整车其他性能下降的情况,进而影响电动客车的行车安全。我们在建立纯电动客车整车动力学模型基础上,对纯电动客车的多种布置方案进行操纵稳定性和制动性能的仿真分析,根据仿真结果对各种布置方案进行综合评价,确定最为合理的纯电动客车布置方案,可为纯电动客车样车制造提供理论依据,同时本研究内容也可以降低电动车开发成本,缩短研制周期。
The research of the pure electric bus is based on the premise that the power index can be satisfied,and then the power system architecture design and parameter matching are finished on traditional bus.Because of the heavy weight of battery,it is difficult for arranging,and this can cause the decreasing of performance,further affect bus traffic safety.Based on the construction of vehicle dynamics model,the paper simulated and analyzed the handling stability and braking performance of variety of layout options,evaluated the variety of layout options according to the simulation results and defined the most reasonable layout options.It can provide a theoretical basis for the manufacturing of sample bus,also can reduce the development costs of electric vehicles and shorten the development cycle.
