摘要
大学生"毕业即失业"问题已引起全社会的广泛关注,理论研究仍处于探索阶段,本文将一种新颖的研究方法———扎根理论引入该领域。通过对以往文献的回顾和对33名个案的深度访谈,从大学毕业生、高校就业指导处和企业招聘者三方收集数据,进行三级编码分析,构建大学生就业能力的理论结构模型,认为职业条件、职业意识和职业能力三者共同建构了中国大学生的就业能力,解决大学生就业问题需从大学生、高校、政府和企业的多方视角着手。
Since the problem of 'unemployment upon graduation' has caused widespread public concern in China,the present paper is to introduce a new approach,i.e.the grounded theory approach,to the theoretical studies of graduates' employability in China.The paper reviews current research literature in this field,analyses in-depth interviews with 33 subjects,and finally presents a theoretic model of graduates' employability based on data collecting from university graduates,student employment offices as well as company recruiters.According to this model,the employability of university graduates in China is determined by their employment qualification,employment awareness and employment capability.The paper also puts forward some suggestions about how to resolve graduate unemployment problem in China with the joint efforts of graduates,the university,the government and companies.
