摘要
自我国高校实施扩招政策以来,毕业生数量急剧增长,就业形势日益严峻。如何提高大学生的就业能力与就业质量成为教育机构共同关注的问题。情绪智力作为大学生就业能力的重要因素,日益被重视,但对于情绪智力与大学生就业质量之间关系的研究缺乏系统性。通过以应届毕业生为样本的实证研究,我们得出结论:大学生情绪智力与就业质量正相关;情绪智力与就业机会、就业单位质量有显著的正相关性;学生表达情绪、调控情绪的能力与就业质量呈现显著正相关关系。
Since the college enrollment expansion,the number of graduates in China has been growing drastically,and graduate unemployment has become an increasingly severe problem.Under this circumstance,improving graduates' employment capability and employment quality has been a demanding task facing higher education institutions in China.Emotional Intelligence(EI),an important component of graduates' employment capability,is now receiving greater attention,but systematic research on the relationship between graduates' EI and employment quality is still lacking.Taking current-year graduates as the subjects of this empirical study,the present paper comes to the conclusion: graduates' EI has a positive relation with their employment quality;graduates' EI has a remarkable positive relation with their employment opportunities and employer quality,graduates' capability of emotional expression and emotional regulation has a remarkable positive relation with their employment quality.
