摘要
基于南京市水资源现状,分析了水资源开发利用中存在的问题,应用曲线趋势法预测了南京市各项经济指标,采用相应定额预测了各行业的需水量,并进行了水资源一次平衡。在此基础上提出了以节水、挖潜和增加外河提水为主的增供措施,对未来供水进行了预测,并在二次平衡的基础上对南京市各水资源分区的水资源进行配置。总结了南京市水资源配置的原则和目标,提出了保障南京市水资源可持续开发利用的有效措施,具有一定推广价值。
According to the current status of water resources in Nanjing City,the problems existing in the exploitation process of water resources are analyzed.Each economic indicator in Nanjing City is forecasted by using trend curve method and water demand of trade is forecasted by using corresponding quotas method.At the same time,the first balance of water resources is handled.The measures such as saving water,exploit potential of water supply engineering,and increasing water supply of outer river are put forward on the basis of the first balance.Water supply in the future is also predicted.Based on the second balance,the water resources of each division in Nanjing City is allocated.Finally,principles and objectives of water allocation in Nanjing City are summarized,as well as the effective measures to ensure the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resources are put forward,which are worth being popularized.
