摘要
针对水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统的集成需求,以图论技术、面向对象技术、对象持久化技术等为核心,分析了解决水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统集成的关键技术问题,采用Java、JSP/Servlet、JavaBean、Hi-bernate、Web GIS等技术,设计开发了以Web服务器和数据库为中心的四层体系结构的水库群与河道堤防联合调度系统。实例运行结果表明,该系统实现了基于实时雨水工情信息和未来一定时期内的多种可能降雨预报信息,可制定多种可行的水库群防洪调度方案。
Aiming at the demand for jointed reservoirs and dykes flood operating system integration,this paper focuses on some related key techniques in the system integration based on graph theory,object oriented technology and object persistence technology.For its application purpose,Web server and database based four-layer architecture of jointed reservoirs and dykes flood operating system is designed by using Java,JSP/Servlet,JavaBean,Hibernate and Web GIS techniques.The results of instance show that this system can help flood control technician and decision maker constitute feasible flood operating plans based on real-time and forecasted regime,precipitation,and engineering information.
