摘要
针对水口水电站无序采沙活动相耦合导致河床明显下切、致使水口电站尾水位降低危及电站机组的安全运行,提出了增加电站下泄流量、修建反调节坝和修建尾水壅水堰三种尾水位病害治理措施,并从理论分析与模型试验验证了修建尾水壅水堰工程措施的可行性,投资省、见效快、不淹没移民、不破坏环境,是理想的病害治理措施。
The coupled reaction of the erosion of clean downing water and the destruction of disorder exploiting sand lead to the bed river downcut and make the tail water level lowering.Furthermore,it is unfavorable to the generator safe operation.Three kinds of regulation techniques on tail water level disease are proposed,that is,increasing let-down flow rate,building counter regulation dam and backwater weir.The feasibility of building backwater weir is verified from the aspects of theoretic analysis and model test.It is an ideal method to regulate the tail water level disease because of saving investment,good effect,unsubmerged transplantation and little influence on environment.
