资源约束项目计划内在稳健性度量方法 被引量:2

Measures for Intrinsic Robustness of Resource-constrained Project Schedules

摘要 分析了项目计划稳健性的研究现状,提出了10种新的内在稳健性度量指标,在关键序列优化的基础上仿真试验了内在稳健性度量指标,内在稳健性度量指标可正确预测和比较项目计划的内在稳健性,为制定稳健性高的项目计划提供定量分析依据。 The current situation of project schedule robustness is analyzed and ten kinds of measure indices for intrinsic robustness are proposed in this paper.On the basis of critical sequence optimization,the intrinsic robustness measures are verified by simulation test.The simulated results show that these indices can correctly predict and compare the intrinsic robustness of different project schedules,which provides quantitative analysis basis for project schedule with high robustness.
