丹江口水库闸门及其埋件检测方法和更新修复措施

Detection,Reinforcement and Renovation of Water Gate and Embedded Parts for Danjiangkou Dam

以丹江口大坝续建加高工程为例,针对初期设备运行中存在的问题,基于检测结果分析了闸门埋件、闸门结构变形、锈蚀状况、支承滑块和焊缝质量,并从部件更换、加固补强、局部缺陷处理及防腐涂装等方面提出了具体措施,可供同类水工金属结构改造借鉴。

Taking the Danjiangkou Dam heightening project for an example,based on the detection results,this paper analyzes the situation of embedded parts,structural deformation,dust and support slide block of gate and quality of welding seams for solving the problem of device running in initial stage.And then some measures are put forward,such as components change and consolidation,the partial defects deal and anti-corrosion painting.It provides reference for reform the hydro steel structure.
