摘要
以雅砻江水库群生态调度决策支持系统为例,分析了流域梯级水电站群生态调度原则,采用生态流量计算法构建了生态调度模型,提出了生态调度决策方法,并探讨了基于RIA和WebGIS技术的决策支持系统,建立了基于B/S模式以.NET为平台和Flex Builder技术开发的分布式可扩展系统。
Taking the decision support system of ecological dispatching of reservoir group in Yalong River basin for an example,ecological dispatching principles of cascaded hydropower stations are analyzed.And the eco-flow calculation method is used to establish the eco-scheduling model.Then the decision-making method of ecological dispatching is put forward and the decision support system is discussed based on the technology of RIA and WebGIS.Finally,based on B/S mode,the distributed scalable eco-dispatching decision support system is developed by using.Net and Flex Builder techniques.
