国内外水电承包商核心竞争力对比研究

Comparative Study on Core Competitiveness of the Domestic and Foreign Hydropower Industry Contractors

国内承包商在国际化过程中面临激烈的竞争,因此进行国内外承包商核心竞争力的对比研究十分必要。然而现有的评价体系还不完善,特别是在水电工程领域,尚缺乏对国内外大型承包商核心竞争力评价的系统研究。通过对大型水电承包商核心竞争力影响因素的研究,提出了一套国际水电承包商核心竞争力评价指标体系;通过实证研究,建立了国外承包商核心竞争力水平的衡量标杆;以此分析国内水电承包商与国外承包商核心竞争力间的差距;进而提出提升国内大型水电承包商核心竞争力的途径。

Domestic hydropower contractors are faced with fierce competition with foreign contractors in international markets and its core competitiveness is needed to study for comparing with international contractors.A set of systematically organized evaluation indexes of core competitiveness was established and the benchmark of core competitiveness of foreign contractors after using the data collected from top hydropower international contractors was created.The comparative study was conducted between a domestic contractor and the established benchmark,and revealed the routes on how domestic contractors to improve their core competitiveness.
