摘要
2009年8月俄罗斯装机6 400 MW的萨阳-舒申斯克水电站发生特大事故,电站全部瘫痪,75人遇难,损失惨重。中国作为水电大国,应从萨阳事故中吸取教训。为此,研究了媒体报导的萨阳电站事故的资料和图片,结合过去考察该电站的体会,有针对性地比照中国水电工程设计、机组设备制造,安装、运行和行业管理等方面的情况,提出了避免重蹈复辙的建议。
In August 2009,the Sayano-Shushenskaya Hydropower Station in Russia with an installed capacity of 6400 MW happened catastrophic accident,and caused serious property damages and casualties.From the study on media information and combining with the previous field investigation,the lessons learned from this accident were analyzed.The proposals to Chinese hydropower industry are presented on hydropower project design,hydro-generator unit manufacture,equipment in stallation,operation and management in order to avoid similar accident.
