摘要
引水隧洞衬砌施工进度是决定电站投产发电的关键工程。小孤山隧洞衬砌为了加快施工进度采用双台车施工,并且通过分析针梁式台车施工程序,从流水作业思路出发,在有限空间内合理区别不控制和控制进度的工序。对非控制进度工序安排了流水作业线,对控制进度的工序则尽量缩短施工时间。经过努力,于2005年8月创造了衬砌428.4 m/月的全国纪录。
For speeding the construction of diversion tunnel lining,two trolleys in series were used for the lining construction of Xiaogushan Hydropower Station.By analyzing the constructing process of needle beam trolley,the non-controlled and controlled processes were identified from the idea of flow operation.The non-controlled processes were arranged to flow operation and the controlled processes were completed as fast as possible.A national lining record of 428.4 m per month is created in August 2005.
