摘要
工程实施阶段的工程管理是建设工程管理的重要组成部分。结合九甸峡水利枢纽工程特点,分析了工程管理的过程,提出了合同管理、质量控制、投资控制、进度控制、信息管理和安全管理等措施,总结了经验教训。工程管理成败的关键在于"认真"二字,只要以铁的决心去推行,就一定能实现工程管理的目标。
The project management process in the construction phase of Jiudianxia Water Project was analyzed according to the special project characteristics.The suggestions on contract management,quality control,investment control,schedule control,information management and security management were raised and the management experiences were also summed up.The practice shows that the management measures are reasonable and feasible.
