梯级水电站优化调度方案效益分析及分配研究 被引量:4

摘要 梯级水电站联合优化运行对梯级总效益的发挥起着重要作用。以金沙江中游梯级水电站为例,建立以发电量最大为目标的优化调度模型,采用改进的POA算法进行计算,通过比较分析5个典型组合方案发现,联合优化运行包含的水电站数越多的调度方案,梯级系统的发电量相应越高,枯、汛期电量之比从1∶2.2增加到1∶1.1。提出基于Nash谈判的梯级水电站优化调度利益分配模型,模拟结果表明,该方法能激励各水电站参与联合调度的积极性,可使水能资源得到合理利用。 The joint operation optimization model for the cascade hydropower stations in the middle reach of Jinsha River was studied,in which,maximum electricity production was regarded as the optimization target,and using improved progressive optimal algorithm(IPOA)as calculation tool.After analyzing five joint operation schemes with different stations,the scheme including all cascade stations has maximum power generation and the ratio of power generation between dry and flood seasons increases from 1∶2.2 to 1∶1.1.The benefit allocation model based on Nash bargaining was also proposed,and the simulation shows that the method can encourage to participate in joint operation for each station and to achieve the rational utilization of hydropower resources.
