淮北市采煤沉陷区非常规水资源开发利用研究 被引量:16

摘要 以淮北市采煤沉陷区为研究对象,在综合分析采煤沉陷区非常规水资源利用可行性的基础上,建立了淮北市采煤沉陷区"一河两区"的非常规水资源利用系统。运用情景分析法组合构建了18种未来可能情景,采用典型年水量均衡法计算得到了不同情景下沉陷区的供水保证率。研究结果表明,通过采煤沉陷区的调蓄,境内非常规水资源可利用量相当可观,在丰水年份可满足工业园用水要求,平、枯水年份工业园用水保证率也有很大提高。通过采煤沉陷区的非常规水资源利用,可提高淮北市的水资源利用效率,有效应对淮北市面临的水资源短缺问题,保障社会经济的可持续发展。 The study focuses on coal mining subsidence areas in Huaibei city.Based on analysis of the feasibility of this project,unconventional water resources utilization system with one river and two regions is established.Moreover,18 alternative potential scenarios are supposed by scenario analysis method.Then the computation model of unconventional water resources utilization is designed and applied to get the probability of water supply in different scenarios.The results show that the volume of available unconventional water resources is rather considerable in this region.Through the regulation of coal mining subsidence areas,the water requirement of industrial park can be met in wet years,and the probability of water supply is also raised in normal and dry years.It can also be seen that the unconventional water resources utilization in coal mining subsidence areas is one of the effective approach to deal with the water shortage in such regions.The efficiency and benefits of water resources utilization can be improved by studying.It can help to solve the water shortage problem in Huaibei City and support the sustainable development for society and economy.
