摘要 针对防洪风险因风险主体而异的特点,以防洪系统脆弱性描述临灾时承灾体的损失程度,选取影响临灾破坏程度的因子建立了评价指标体系,探讨了用评价因子分级标准驱动的投影寻踪模型评价防洪系统脆弱性的新途径。实例的评价结果符合北江下游的防洪态势,表明该模型方法可行、合理有效。 With the view to feature of dependency of flood control risk on different risk subject,the vulnerability of flood control system is proposed to describe extent of damage for disaster bearing body.By selecting influence factors of distress severity with facing flood hazard,an evaluating index system is built.A novel assessing model of vulnerability for flood control system based on projection pursuit is established by evaluating factors hierarchical driving.The application of the proposed model to lower reaches of Beijiang River demonstrates its feasibility and validness.
