黄河玛曲段高原水运建设可行性探讨

Feasibility Discussion on Plateau Waterway Construction of Maqu Segment in Yellow River

针对黄河玛曲航段交通运输不便、人民生活条件落后等现状,在分析黄河玛曲段航运现状基础上,提出了最小航道尺度确定、航道整治等工程设计方案,并从社会效益、国民经济效益和环境效益三方面进行效益评估,得出该航段水运建设带来的效益远大于国家和社会为其投入的代价,工程可行。

Aiming at the current situation of inconvenient transport and bad living conditions for Maqu segment in Yellow River,engineering design scheme including determination of minimum waterway scale and channel improvement is proposed on the basis of waterway current status analysis.Further more,benefit assessment is discussed from the aspects of social,economic and environmental benefits for the feasibility of this project.Comparing benefits of this project with cost invested by the state and society,it can be concluded that this project is feasible.
