基于Ansys的局部微坑缸套热分析

Local Thermal Analysis of Dimple Cylinder Liner Based on Ansys

通过建立一定高度的微坑缸套三维有限元模型,对缸套的局部高度进行径向温度场分析,得到局部微坑缸套的温度场分布图。通过对局部缸套进行热应力分析,得到等效、径向、周向、轴向的应力场分布等值线图,并对其合理性进行了探讨。

Radial temperature field of cylinder liner in local scope is analyzed and its distribution curve is obtained by establishment of three dimensional finite element model of dimple cylinder liner.The equivalent,radial,circumferential and axial stress field contour distribution plots are gained by analysis of thermal stress in local cylinder liner.The reasonableness of cylinder liner is discussed.
