高校实行的本科"大类招生"在整合教学资源、提高教学质量、强化基础教学、拓宽专业口径、培养复合型高素质人才等方面发挥了积极作用,但也存在着跟风和盲目性问题,如,对办学条件、师资力量、社会需求、办学效益等综合因素考虑不足。因此,在本科大类招生中应注重做好规划工作,制定合理的人才培养方案,从而实现办学效益和教学质量提高的双赢。

The enrollment of undergraduates under general majors can help to restructure teaching resources,improve education quality,consolidate fundamental teaching,expand the outlet of major courses,and cultivate composite talents.On the other hand there are some problems in this practice,lack of due consideration of the teaching conditions,faculties,social demand and teaching benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to design a good plan and cultivation program for the undergraduates under general majors so as to achieve the win-win in both teaching quality and benefits.
