摘要
以有限元分析软件ANSYS作为分析工具,以优化设计为理论基础,将钢架杆件的横截面参数作为设计变量,以钢架杆件的总质量为目标函数,以钢架结构的强度、刚度、稳定性等约束条件为状态变量,通过实例对大型风电叶片模具网格钢架结构进行了分析,实验表明,应用ANSYS优化设计可以大大提高设计质量,节约生产成本。
This article was based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS as an analytical tool and optimal design as the basic theory.Cross-section parameters of steel frame were taken as design variables.The total weight of steel frame was considered as the objective function.The rest rain conditions such as strength,stiffness,stability of steel frame were taken as the state variables.Through analyzing the example of wind blade mould steel frame structure,it shows that application of ANSYS design optimization can greatly improve the design quality,reduce production costs.
