Why it is Urgent to Transform the Way of Economic Development

目前我国强调转变经济发展方式的历史背景在于国际和国内的双重压力。从外部压力来看,我们面临着金融危机、气候变化、能源资源和粮食安全这四大难题;从内部压力来看,我们面临着责任约束、环境约束、资源约束和土地约束这四大挑战。从金融危机、减排承诺、高度耗能和耕地红线这四个视角来分析,转变经济发展方式已经刻不容缓了。

The current emphasis of transforming the way of economic development in China is due to the double pressure at home and abroad.Externally,we face four difficulties of financial crisis,climate change,energy resource and grain security.Internally,we face four challenges of binding force on responsibility,environment,resource and land.It is urgent to transform the way of economic development from the perspective of analyzing financial crisis,promise to reduce emission,high energy consumption and arable land minimum.
