深化高职艺术设计类专业“工学合作”人才培养模式之改革探索

Probe into the Reform of the Talents Training Model of "Combination of Practice and Study" for Artistic Design Major in Vocational Colleges

人才培养模式是高职教育领域的基本问题,人才培养模式改革是高职院校教育教学改革的核心内容。努力以"专业和企业"为主体,以专业课程体系改革为核心,以"专业实训室"的实训设施和师资团队建设为基础条件,以开展校企合作实践项目为切入口,以学生专业能力的评价体系构建为着力点,采取积极举措深化人才培养模式改革,建立"工学合作"人才培养模式长效机制。

Talents training mode is an essential issue of vocational education,and the reform of it is the core of vocational education reform.We should try to take 'major and enterprise' as the main part,the curriculum reform as the core,the training facilities and teachers of 'training room of the major' as the basis,the practice of college-enterprise cooperation project as the starting point and the construction of students professional competence evaluation system as the focal point,take active measures to deepen the reform of talents training mode,and establish a long-term mechanism of the talents training mode of 'combination of practice and study'.
