摘要
目的了解腹泻疾病发病率、流行特征和医疗费用,评价腹泻疾病危害程度。方法运用调查询问法、卫生统计法和逻辑分析法,对梅河口市腹泻病例的就诊情况进行分析。结果 5岁以下散居儿童和农民就诊率较高,住院医疗费用偏高。结论腹泻疾病应以预防为主,注意饮水、饮食卫生和个人卫生,可有效降低其发病率。
OBJECTIVE To understand the incidence of diarrheal diseases,epidemiologic characteristics and medical expenses,harmful evaluation of diarrheal diseases.METHODS Carry out a questionaire survey,health statistics and logic analysis to analyze treatment of diarrhea cases.RESULTS Children under age of 5 years old and farmers scattered higher attendance rates and hospital expenses were a little higher.CONCLUSIONS To reduce the incidence effectively.Diarrheal diseases should be prevented earlier by the way of paying attention to drinking water,food sanitation and hygiene
