上海市静安区1995—2009年老年人艾滋病流行特点分析

目的分析上海市静安区1995—2009年老年人艾滋病流行特点,为制定老年人艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集上海市静安区1995—2009年的老年人艾滋病疫情报告资料,对病例三间分布特点和传播途径构成及发现途径进行分析。结果 1995—2009年累计报告老年人艾滋病感染者及艾滋病病人35例,其中艾滋病病人16例,死亡人数为3例;71.40%的感染者为上海本地居民;男女比例为16.5∶1;最大年龄83岁,平均年龄(58.3±8.5)岁;职业以离退休人员为主,占45.70%;高中以上文化程度22例,占62.90%;传播途径以异性性传播为主,占74.30%,2009年同性性传播达到41.70%。2007—2009年,有20.00%的病例经自愿咨询检测(HIV Voluntary Counseling & Testing,VCT)门诊发现。结论老年人艾滋病病例不断增加,同性传播已占据重要地位,VCT门诊在发现病例中逐渐起到重要的作用。

OBJECTIVE To describe the characteristics of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS) in the elderly in Jing'an District of Shanghai,for providing evidence for making prevention and control measures of AIDS in the elderly.METHOD The reported AIDS in the elderly in Jingan District from 1995 to 2009 were collected.Characteristics of distribution,infection routes and the way of finding cases were analyzed.RESULTS The cumulative reported number of HIV positive cases was 35,incuding 16 AIDS patients and 3 deaths.71.4% live in Shanghai.The ratio of gender(M:F)was 16.5:1.The age ranged from 50 to 83 and the average age was(58.3±8.5).Retired workers were accounted for 45.7%;Whose Education background were high school and above accounted for 62.9%(22).71.4% was heterosexual transmission,but in 2009,17.1% of the whole cases were homosexual transmission,and the proportion of homosexual transmission was statistically significant higher than the last 14 years(Fisher exact,P=0.001).From 2007 to 2009,20% of cases were found from Voluntary Counseling & Testing(VCT).CONCLUSION The number of the AIDS in the elderly raised quickly,and homosexual transmission was a important part of infection.VCT clinic gradually played a important role in detection of cases.
