自体血治疗13例肺手术后肺漏气临床分析

Clinical analysis of autologus blood pleurodesis of air leaks after pulmonary operation in 13 cases

[背景]总结自体血治疗肺手术后肺漏气的疗效.[病例报告]给13例经使用高渗糖或红霉素等胸膜粘连剂治疗无效,且估计不能耐受使用滑石粉的肺手术后肺漏气的患者,将自体血作为胸膜粘连剂行粘连术,即向胸腔内注射自体静脉血50~100 mL.13例均获得成功,不良反应中出现轻度胸痛、胸闷者为5例,胸腔积液为2例,低热为3例,均经相应处理治愈.[讨论]胸腔内注射自体血是治疗肺手术后肺漏气的有效方法.

BACKGROUND To summarize the curative effects of autologus blood pleurodesis in air leaks after pulmonary operation.CASE REPORTS 13 patients of air leaks after pulmonary operation with pleurodesis had no curative effects with hypertonic or erythromycin and without talcum powder,but had satisfactory effects with injecting the 50～100 mL of autologus blood into the pleuracavity with a little of adverse reactions including mild chest pain,5 cases of chest distress,2 cases of pleural effusion,and 3 cases of low-grade fever,and all of cases were cured by corresponding management.DISCUSSION Injecting the autologus blood into the pleuracavity is a therapeutic method for the air leaks after pulmonary operation.
