宫腔镜在166例妇科疾病中的应用分析

Analysis of application of hysteroscopy for 166 cases of gynecological diseases

[背景]探讨宫腔镜在妇科疾病中的应用价值.[病例报告]选择在妇科门诊接受宫腔镜检查及治疗的166例患者的临床资料,分析宫腔镜检查及B型超声波检查与病理检查结果的符合率.宫腔镜检查及B型超声波检查结果与病理检查诊断的符合率分别为92.1%,77.8%;除19例住院行手术外,其余均在门诊完成治疗.[讨论]宫腔镜检查诊断准确率高,安全,高效,创伤及副作用较少.

BACKGROUND To investigate the application value of hysteroscopy in outpatients of clinic gynecology.CASE REPORTSThe clinical data of 166 cases of outpatients for receiving the examination of hysteroscopy and treatment in clinic gynecology were selected to analyze the accordance rate of results of hysteroscopy,B-type ultrasonography and pathology.Diagnostic accordance rates of hysteroscopy and B-type ultrasonography with pathology were 92.1%,77.8%,respectively,and all cases except 19 cases of operation in hospital were treated in clinic gynecology.DISCUSSIONHysteroscopy is high diagnostic accuracy,safety,efficiency,few trauma and side effects.
