KTP泪道激光术后缓慢注入丝裂霉素96例临床观察

Clinical observation of 96 cases of obstruction of lacrimal ducts with disemboguing mitomycin slowly after the KTP laser deoppilation

[背景]观察KTP泪道激光术后缓慢注入丝裂霉素的疗效.[病例报告]给96例105眼各种泪道阻塞的患者施行KTP泪道激光术后,向泪道内缓慢注入5 mL0.4 g/L丝裂霉素药液,在5 min时注入完,之后向泪道内注入眼膏.治愈99眼(94%),好转6眼(6%),有效率为100%.[讨论]KTP泪道激光术后缓慢注入丝裂霉素的效果良好.

BACKGROUND To observe the therapeutic effects of disemboguing mitomycin into the lacrimal passage slowly after the KTP laser deoppilation.CASE REPORTSAfter the KTP laser deoppilation for 96 patients(105 eyes) of obstruction of lacrimal ducts,5mL of 0.4g/L of mitomycin were slowly disembogued into the lacrimal passage for 5 minutes,and then the eye ointment was infused into the lacrimal passage.99 eyes(94%) were cured,6 eyes(6%) were improvement,and total efficiency was 100%.DISCUSSIONThe method of disemboguing mitomycin into the lacrimal passage slowly after the KTP laser deoppilation is effective.
