猪分离卵泡石蜡切片制作的改进 被引量:1

摘要 猪完整分离有腔卵泡内的卵泡液含量丰富,采用常规石蜡切片制作方法往往很难制作出结构自然完整的卵泡切片。本试验用Bouin氏固定液固定猪分离卵泡72 h,脱水程序采取二甲苯∶乙醇(1∶1)过渡的方法,并适当加长透蜡时间。通过改进卵泡固定、脱水和透明等程序后,成功制成效果优良的猪分离卵泡组织切片。
