中枢神经细胞瘤的MR诊断及病理对照分析

MRI diagnosis of central neurocytoma and pathological contrast analysis

目的:探讨中枢神经细胞瘤的MR特点及诊断。方法:回顾性分析8例经病理证实的中枢神经细胞瘤的MR表现及病理学特点。结果:8例肿瘤位于侧脑室体部前2/3区域5例;右侧侧脑室体部后2/3区域2例,Monro孔区域1例,形态不规则、分叶、边缘清。MR表现为T1WI、DWI呈等、低混杂信号,T2WI呈不均匀高信号,增强扫描实性部分不均匀轻中度强化,1例明显强化,1例强化不著,囊变、出血及钙化灶不强化。8例免疫组化染色突触蛋白(SYN)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)神经元标记物均呈阳性。结论:中枢神经细胞瘤的MR表现具有特征性,病理学研究有助于明确中枢神经细胞瘤的诊断。

Objective:To evaluate the characteristic appearance and diagnotic value of central neurocytoma on MRI.Methods:MR imagings of 8 patients with central neurocytoma(CNC) confirmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively reviewed.Results:5 cases of CNC were located in the anterior 2/3 0f the lateral ventricle,2 case of CNC was located in the posterior 2/3 0f the lateral ventricle,and 1 case was located in the foramen of monro.Most of them were irregularity,sublobe and sharpness of border.MRI T1WI and DWI could be equal,slightly low or slightly high signal. T2WI could be equal or slightly higher signal.They showed inhomogeneous enhancement after intensified scanning,but,cyst lesions,calcifications and bleeding had no enhancement.Conclusion:The MR imagings of CNC have the better characteristic appearance.The pathological basis contributes to the diagnosis of the CNC.
