陕西秦巴山区10个村庄成年人口死因调查

Causes of Death in Adults in Ten Villages of the Qinba Mountainous Area,Shannxi

目的:为了搞清所研究地区的人口死因。方法:利用问卷填表法对陕西华县、洛南县等所属的10个山区农村10年来257位成年死亡人口的死因进行调查。结果:统计发现该地区成年人口主要死因是消化系统癌症。结论:造成癌症高发率的主要原因可能与本地区人们的饮食结构,如一日三餐少不了玉米糁,一年有半年在吃腌咸菜,以及生产生活方式,如成年男性繁重的农业劳动、冬季一天只吃两顿饭有关。

The objective of this paper is to find out the causes of death in adults of the Qinba Mountainous Area,Shannxi.Questionnaires were used in this survey,and the causes of death of 257 adults in ten villages which belong to Hua County and Luonan County,Shannxi Province in the last decade were researched.The statistics reveals that digestive system cancer is the main reason of death in this area.The high incidence of digestive system cancer is probably related to local people's dietary structure and mode of production and life style,such as use maize as their staple food,eat pickled vegetables for half of a year,heavy agricultural work for adult male and only two meals a day in winter.
