摘要
结直肠癌在中国的发病率逐年升高。随着生活和医疗条件的改善,人口期望寿命得以提高,年龄65岁以上的老年患者在结直肠癌患者人群中的比重增加。因此,如何在不影响生活质量的同时选择最佳诊疗手段以提高老年结直肠癌患者的生存,是值得关注的焦点。本文就老年结直肠癌的化疗进展进行综述。
The incidence rate of colorectal cancer is increased continuously in China.With the improvement of living and medical conditions,the average expected life is also prolonged.The proportion of the patients older than 65 years is increased in the whole populations of colorectal cancer.So more attention was focused on how to avoid affecting the life quality,how to select the appropriate therapeutic methods,and how to increase the survival rate of the older patients with colorectal cancer.This paper reviews the progress in chemotherapy for elderly colorectal cancer patients.
