散血明目片对兔视网膜静脉阻塞后视网膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨活血通脉利水明目之散血明目片对兔视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)模型的干预作用。方法取健康有色家兔18只分为3组,每组6只,分别为:正常对照组、模型组、散血明目片组。造模后14天用空气栓塞法将动物处死,采用免疫组化法观察视网膜组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(induciblenitricoxidesynthase,iNOS)的表达情况。结果 3组的平均光密度值和平均灰度值的组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。平均光密度值越低,其对应的iNOS表达就越弱;平均灰度值越低,其对应的iNOS表达就越强。结论散血明目片可以减弱兔RVO模型由于缺氧而诱导的视网膜iNOS表达,从而减轻NO过量生成对视网膜神经细胞造成的毒害作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Sanxue Mingmu Tablets(SMT) of activating blood,relieving meridians,draining water and brightening eyes on the expression of iNOS of rabbits' retinal vein occlusion.METHODS Eighteen healthy colored rabbits were divided into normal group A,model group B and SMT group C,each group containing 6 rabbits.The rabbits were killed respectively 14 days later to investigate the expression of iNOS in the retinal tissue.RESULTS Comparing average light density and average ashy value of the three groups,there was obvious difference(P< 0.01).The lower the average light density was,the weaker the expression of iNOS accordingly.On the other hand,the lower the average ashy value was,the stronger the expression of iNOS.CONCLUSIONS It can decrease the expression of iNOS to the obstruction of the retinal vein due to lack of oxygen,thereby to weaken the damage to retinal cells because of the over production of NO.
