脑分水岭梗死52例临床分析

摘要脑分水岭梗死(cerebral watershed infarction,CWI),又称边缘带梗死,是指相邻脑动脉末梢交界区局限性缺血造成的梗死。梗死部位不同,临床症状和体征也不同,CWI约占全部脑梗死的10%[1]。
