This paper discussed the subjective factors such as firmly believing Marxism,excluding the obstruction of dogmatism and empiricism,persistent theory innovation,strengthening construction of CPC,fully playing the people's initiative,and the leaders personal qualities,which played a very important role in advancing and realizing the Marxism sinicization,and analyzed the important significance of them in persistently advancing the Marxism sinicization.
